Bookings available in 2 hours or 4 hour session times.
Health NZ Te Whatu Ora advise not to swim for 14 days following any of the below symptoms.
Please reach out to our team if you or members of your booking have experienced these and need to reschedule or cancel your soak: Diarrhoea, Stomach cramps or pains, Nausea and vomiting, Bloating, Slight fever, Fatigue, Flatulence, Headache
Our Tranquility Pools offer an adult-exclusive experience, soak and unwind surrounded by superior views across the foothills of the Southern Alps. Along with pool-side canapé & beverage service.
If you can't select a date we are fully booked, please try another date. Please note that during our 7 and 8pm Sessions, our Discovery Pools will be closed.
All Tranquility and Solar Tub guests must be 18 or over and carry an acceptable form of ID. We can only accept NZ Drivers License, Passport or Kiwi Access Card. ID will be checked upon arrival if you look under 25. Due to the Tranquility Pools being an R18 zone, this area is not constantly supervised by lifeguards.
